ADR Committee
Mission Statement
The ADR Committee’s two primary goals are to: (1) provide advanced education about insurance-specific ADR issues to ACCC fellows and more broadly to the ADR community (judges, mediators/arbitrators, practitioners, academics and law students); and (2) encourage and support collaboration among representatives of insurers and insureds in the continued development of ADR rules to promote the efficient resolution of insurance coverage disputes.
